Cusorcart Careers — Applicant Tracking & Hiring Platform
Full ATS built with Laravel and React (Inertia) as part of the Cusorcart platform — public job listings, candidate application flow, admin review pipeline, and automated applicant notifications on hiring-stage changes.

As CTO at Cusorcart, hiring was a real operational need, not a side project — so I built out a proper applicant tracking system rather than relying on generic job board tools or manual spreadsheet tracking.
What I built:
- Public job listings — a candidate-facing careers page where open roles are published and browsable.
- Application flow — candidates apply directly through the site, with their submissions flowing into a structured pipeline rather than scattered emails.
- Admin review pipeline — an internal dashboard for moving candidates through hiring stages (e.g. applied, screening, interview, offer, rejected), giving the hiring team one place to track every applicant instead of juggling threads.
- Automated stage-change notifications — applicants get notified automatically when their status changes, closing a common gap in small-company hiring where candidates are left in the dark for weeks.
Why it mattered:
Built on Laravel and React with Inertia, so it shares architecture and patterns with the rest of the Cusorcart platform rather than existing as a bolted-on separate app — consistent with how I approach tooling at Cusorcart generally (the AI SEO engine, the Help Centre chatbot, and this ATS all sit on the same core stack). It's also a direct example of building internal tooling to solve a real operational bottleneck rather than buying an off-the-shelf HR SaaS the team didn't need.
Stack: Laravel, React, Inertia.js.
